1. Definition & Acceptance
By using or registering on the “Multaqa” platform, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
2. Registration & Accounts

Users must be 18 years of age or older.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Each user may only create one account; account sharing with others is prohibited.

Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.
3. Prohibited Conduct

Attempting fraud or causing harm to the platform or its users.

Creating more than one account for the same individual or sharing payment details across multiple accounts.

Publishing or sharing any private communications or content from within the platform.

Selling or attempting to transfer an account to others.

Using software or bots to control accounts or manipulate services.

Publishing content that violates Islamic law or regulations (e.g., pornography, viruses, threats, political or sectarian incitement).

Publishing materials without owning the intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within “Multaqa” is protected by intellectual property rights.

Buyers obtain full intellectual property rights for purchased services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Unsupported Countries
“Multaqa” services are not available in certain countries subject to sanctions or legal restrictions. The list is updated periodically in accordance with Saudi and international laws.
6. Account Suspension
“Multaqa” reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if:

A request to receive the service is made before it is fully delivered.

A service is delivered with poor quality or using copied or AI-generated content.

Payment or communication is requested outside the platform.

Commission or listed prices are manipulated.

A service provider fails to deliver after accepting an order.
7. Penalties

Accounts may be temporarily suspended for minor violations.

Repeated violations may lead to permanent account termination.
8. Amendments
“Multaqa” reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
